Accurate temperature control; Tempinspect has an accuracy of up to +/-0.1°C. We use a digital temperature sensor by Silicon Labs which is one of the most accurate on the market.
The data loggers can be programmed either directly, or by using the accompanying software on any computer. This user-friendly program allows users to configure all features in a simple and flexible manner.
The Delay, Measurement Intervals and Temperature Range are all adjustable, as per clients’, needs via our software or may be programmed manually directly on the data logger via a choice of preset settings.
All data such as general info, shipping info, type of shipment (land, sea air), transporter, sender, receiver, shipping id, and any other relevant information can be inputted during programming into the data logger. Any information entered in this manner will also be available in the pdf and csv reports.
Automated pdf and csv reports are generated including all relevant data, as well as detailed charts and graphs.
The software permits users to disable manual programming of the data logger. This allows data loggers to be pre-programmed and sent to third parties with all information and parameters already inserted.
An anti-crash system has also been added to the data logger. This system automatically does a backup of all the data at every temperature measurement interval, ensuring that there is no data loss.
Visual alarm system: Tempinspect uses LED flashes to allow users to determine at a glance if products have been exposed to temperatures over or under the chosen temperature range at any time. By pressing the status button on the data logger, Tempinspect will show the visual alarms via a red or green led light. If the products have been exposed over the chosen temperature range, a red led light will flash one time for every interval equivalent of exposure time over the chosen range, and if products are exposed under the chosen temperature range, a red led light will double flash for every interval temperature reading equivalent. Therefore, if you set the data logger to take the temperature at 10-minute intervals, the led alarms will give one flash for every ten minutes over the temperature range or a double red led flash for every ten minutes under the temperature range. If there has been no out of range exposure the green led will blink 4 times.
Tempinspect data loggers can store up to 30,000 measurements, are extremely robust, splash resistant (IP65), and have a minimum battery life of 1 year.
